These terms & conditions are in addition to the normal trading terms and conditions of Berca Hardayaperkasa. By accessing any Websites of PT Berca Hardayaperkasa (collectively called “Berca” or “BHp”) or otherwise indicating acceptance as set forth below, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (as modified from time to time), and each time that you access the website you re-assert your agreement. 1. Operational hours
Customers may access our website 24/7 unless the website is under maintenance or other obstacles. In case the Customer didn’t hear from Berca later than 2 x 24 hours, Customer may contact our office during business hours (Jakarta time).
2. Terms and Conditions of Sale
All sales of products and finished goods offered and supplied by Berca to its Customer shall be according to the standard terms and conditions of Berca. All Customer purchases from Berca are deemed to be purchases according to a written agreement.
To claim for shortages or rejection, the Customer shall promptly notify Berca, no later than 24 hours from the receiving date. If Customer needs more time to check the item received, please contact us immediately
3. Warranty
The warranty of the product is stated in the website and or further agreement between Berca and the Customer. The customer further acknowledges that Berca will have no responsibility for any claims for infringement of intellectual property rights of distribution, sale, or use of the Products.
4. Disputes
Berca and Customer agree to negotiate in good faith the settlement of any disputes that may arise under this Agreement. All agreements between Berca and Customer will be governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Berca hereby disclaims any liability or responsibility for risk of loss, expenses, cost, liability, litigation, and/or potential adverse verdict or judgment concerning any such use of the products.
